Surprise: A Chanel Cafe Is In Your Near Future
Yes, it'll be in Singapore. No, this is not a drill. I repeat, this is not a drill. Here's what we know so far.| March 20, 2017
The French love cafes, Singaporeans love cafes, it all makes sense. After some teasing over the weekend, our proverbial little bird has informed us that Chanel is setting up a pop-up cafe right in the middle of the city. Called Coco Cafe, the cafe is the first of its kind in Singapore and only second in the world as far as we know. The one in Tokyo’s Omotesando opened in March.
Not much about the space has been released yet apart from a visualisation of what it’ll look like and the location: Dhoby Ghaut Green. If you find yourself in the area this week and you see a section that’s all boxed up, now you know what’s up.
Patrons to Coco Cafe will get to sip tea and coffee – durh, cafe – while testing the new line of Rouge Coco Gloss and makeup from the Cruise 2017 collection. Walk-in patrons are a-okay, but if you want to beat the crowd PLUS get a complimentary sippy-sippy, make your reservation here. And do it quick!
Coco Cafe will run from 8-16 April, from 11am to 8pm daily. For more information, click here.
