My Favourite Go-To Lipsticks Of All Time

Let’s just say that this list has been a long time coming. While we’ve made it a point to share our top beauty picks every month – including a round-up of the best red lipsticks we know you’ll love – I’ve never really sat down to take stock of my own go-to lipsticks. But when a bunch of you guys started asking on Instagram, we decided that it was about time to spill the deets.

I’m mostly into bright reds, corals and nude-pinks, though I occasionally switch to a darker red, like Colour Pop’s Lippie Stix in Goldie, Chanel’s Rouge Coco in Audace and Jeffree Star’s Velour Liquid Lipstick in Unicorn Blood, for night events.

My favourite reds include the Dior Addict Fluid Stick in Pandore, MAC Retro Matte Liquid Lip Colour in Dance With Me, YSL Vinyl Cream Lip Stain in Rhythm Red, Rouge Dior in 999, Chanel Rouge Coco in Carmen and NARS Audacious Lipstick in Jeanne.

As for corals and nude-pinks, I love Stila’s Colour Balm Lipstick in Valentina and Chanel’s Rouge Allure in Audace. If you look carefully, you may be able to spot all of these colours at one point or another on my Instagram, but knowing myself, it won’t be long before more lipsticks are added to the list.
