All The Best Looks We Found From Milan Fashion Week’s Street Style Scene

if you’re looking for some serious fashion inspirations, style icons at milan fashion week are bringing their A-game.

If you’ve ever been to Milan at this time of year, you’ll know how unpredictable the weather can get. You leave your house in the morning and the first gust of wind can get a little chilly. But as you tread further along into the sunny hours of the afternoon, the heat will slowly creep back up. The transitional weather can be troublesome when your outfit has to accommodate both the chilly and slightly warmer parts of the day, but not to worry, the style icons at Milan Fashion Week are doing it right and it’s time we all learned a trick or two.

For starters, we’ve been spotting a ton of colour. We’re talking about neon orange, greens, and pastels. We’re seeing fully monochromatic neon outfits, and there’s also the casual pop of neon on shoes and bags. It seems like the general guide is that if your outfit gets mistaken for a highlighter pack, you’re doing Milan street style right. It’s Crayola season!

Colours aside, there also has been a steady slew of street style staples like animal prints and statement accessories. We’re not surprised. When it comes to dressing for transitional season, it’s easier to opt for statement separates that won’t weigh you down like layers do. So, anything from a snake skin printed button-down to statement bags will work just fine. We’re not completely ruling out layering, though. Instead of piling on sweaters and coats, we’re seeing some style icons layering their summer pieces together. Like how matching dresses over pants can give you just the right amount of dimension an outfit needs, whilst still keeping the comfort through the fluctuating temperatures.

Milan offers a fresh and playful take on new season style and there simply isn’t enough love to go out to the fashion capital of Italy. From printed maxi dresses to neon animal printed power suits, it’s giving us an injection of energy just by looking at the outfits. Slide through the photos above for some serious eye candy.
