How To Style This Thing: Shop My Fashion Week Looks
From this adorable farm girl hat to the smartest pair of red pants you'll ever see. I've got a mix bag of goodies that you can add to your cart straightaway.
| October 11, 2017I’ve always been about creating my fashion week looks around a single statement piece. It can be a printed shirt, a pair of crystal-embellished satin pumps, a two-tone double pocket shirt or a sparkly oversized knit. But I’ve also occasionally found myself styling these single pieces with another statement piece.
What I’ve realised, however, that these “second” statement pieces are often the sort that sit between minimal and statement, which are exactly the ingredients you need for a versatile, everyday piece that isn’t tied to a season or time. These are the pieces that will stay in your wardrobe for a long, long time.
In this week’s How To Style This Thing – did you miss it? It’s been a while! – I picked out an edit of the “second” statement pieces that I wore to Milan and Paris that you can shop right here, right now, alongside wardrobe staples and a couple of truly killer, statement pieces. Basically, a shopping cart of really great stuff.
